THE GOAL: Idaho State Parks and Recreation wanted a Junior Ranger book flexible enough to keep evolving park-by-park without reprinting from scratch each year.

WHAT WE MADE: We built a 24-page, 6×9" Junior Ranger Guidebook — printed across four order cycles since 2024, with a single run topping 12,000 copies shipped to parks in all four Idaho regions.

THE DESIGN STORY: Every reprint became a small revision, not a reissue — a new coloring page, a fillable line on the completion certificate, a fourth region's logo — added at a ranger's request and at no extra cost, so the book stays current instead of going stale on a shelf.

THE PROOF: IDPR has reordered four times since 2024, growing from a pilot run to a 12,000-copy statewide order distributed across every region.
