Davis Elementary School

THE GOAL
Davis Elementary's PTA wanted the entrance to their campus meadow to do more than mark a boundary — they wanted it to slow kids down and turn recess into exploration.

WHAT WE MADE
We designed a custom orientation sign for the Davis Meadow — an illustrated trail map paired with interpretive text, built in the school's own colors and fonts.

THE DESIGN STORY
We field-verified the map against real trail conditions, including a concrete path the school had jackhammered out and let grow back over. And when a PTA committee member pushed to remake the whole sign around her own campaign branding, we found the compromise that let both visions stand: "Future Forest" became "Woodland," and the PTA logo became a simple partnership credit line instead.
